For site visitors, we may collect Identifiers (e.g., name, email address, IP address, etc.). We may use identifiers for: communicating with you, e.g. Site “Contact” page; Analyzing use of the Site. We offer visitors the opportunity to provide their phone number, and opt-in for communications. We use phone numbers to provide campaign updates. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, provided that the foregoing does not apply to sharing (1) with vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf (and who will not use such information for their own purposes); (2) if we believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation or to comply with law enforcement or legal process."

We do not respond to browser-initiated Do Not Track signals, as the internet industry is currently still working on Do Not Track standards, implementations, and solutions.

We use Squarespace Analytics, a third-party web analytics service, on our Site.  Squarespace Analytics use technologies such as cookies, web server logs and web beacons to help us analyze how visitors use the Site.  The information collected through these means (including IP address) is disclosed to these analytics providers, who use the information to evaluate use of the Site.


Your Options

We offer you certain choices about how we communicate with you and what information we collect from you. Visitors may contact us at lisa@lisakaul4dutchess.org, providing us with your relevant contact information (phone number/s) and we will remove your information from our database. 

Visitors to the Site or who contact us offline or by phone or text who do not agree with this Privacy Policy should not use the Site.
